Kat's passion for art began as a little girl. At age eight she would sit at her desk fully equipped with art supplies, drawing and working with pen and ink. Hours would pass and there would be many times she had to be coaxed to eat dinner. What began as a hobby soon became her profession.
Kat began her career with painting, drawing, and teaching art. Later, she opened several stores with a complete line of clothing & accessories, which exhibited her original designs.
With the success of the stores, she began manufacturing her own line of wearing apparel with a choice of over 100 designs. The apparel was exported to a German distributor, where it was wholesaled to stores in Switzerland, Holland, and throughout Europe.
Today Kat resides in Florida with her husband and their yellow lab. Her favorite subjects are animals, as she enjoys capturing their unconditional love.
